Mrs. IM took a ride out to a hidden gem of Madera County. There is a really nice, short hike that features this cool flume, a dam, and a small lake. We stopped for lunch in the little town of North Fork for some authentic Mexican. I had molotes, which are like Oaxacan empenadas. No, I did not have the guts to walk on the catwalk on the flume.

It is weird to me that there are no barriers to the catwalk, and you can walk on the flume the whole way if you want.
